As has proven true nationwide, a transit system is a powerful draw for economic development. With the Bottineau Line comes the opportunity to spur a new and vibrant mix of commerce, housing, public institutions and recreational space that will progressively replace older, outmoded land uses along Bottineau Boulevard. Coordinated planning will redress environmental impacts of existing development on parts of the corridor. |
